1. The service is provided on a month to month service unless the customer has prepaid for a predetermined period. The charge for the service shall be posted at http://www.polaritech.com/pricing.php

2. Payment shall be mailed to Polaritech Hosting, 5770 NW Expressway, Suite 101, Oklahoma City, OK 73132, or the customer may come in and pay directly.

3. The right to service is subject to Jthomson Hosting Terms of Service posted on the Terms of Service Page. Violation of any policy will result in a warning, up to, depending on the severity of the infraction, immediate cancellation, as well as a forfeiture of the right to reimbursement for amounts payed for the balance for the remainder of the month.

4. Any modification of these terms of service must be in writing. No oral modification shall be enforceable. Only the president of Polaritech Hosting is authorized to vary or change any policy. If you disagree with any of these terms, you may cancel your account for a refund of any remaining prepaid months.

5. The customer agrees that he or she has not and will not use this service for any criminal activities which violate local, state, or federal laws.

Polaritech Hosting makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, or fitness for a particular use, or any software or other material available through the service. No oral advice or information by Jthomson Hosting or it's employees shall create a warranty. Polaritech Hosting does not warrant that the service will be error-free, or uninterrupted.

Payment of the charges are due within 10 days of the due date stated on the invoice. Payments received after the due date will incur a late charge of $5.00. If you fail to pay for you account within 15 days, you account will be suspended until payment is received. If the payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, your account will be terminated, and any web sites will be deleted without backup. You will be charged a processing fee of $25.00 for any checks returned by the issuing institution for any reason.

You may cancel your service at any time and for any reason. If you cancel your account, you will be entitled to a refund of any prepaid months in excess of the current month. If your account is canceled within 7 days of your fist month of service, you will receive a full refund. You must notify us if you want to terminate your service by the end of your current month, of your service will be automatically renewed for the following month.

1. Any activity which constitutes violation of any applicable law.

2. Using the service in a manner intended to abuse or violate the privacy, or property rights of others, including, but not limited to, unsolicited bulk e-mail, phishing, and posting copyrighted music, documents, movies, or programs (or "warez").

3. Using the service in an attempt to break the security of any computer or computer network (including the service itself), or to access the account, or data of which you are not the owner.

4. Using the service to operate CGI scripts which monitor the connections of other servers (gaming servers for example), using CGI scripts with the express intent to DoS (Denial of Service) another host.

5. Hosting scripts or images for the express purpose of reducing the load on another web host, or any other reason than for running the hosted site.

6. Opening several accounts with us for the express purpose of avoiding bandwidth overage charges.

7. Using the service to promote or solicit services in competition with Polaritech Hosting.

9. Using the service to forward chain letters of any type.

You agree to inform Polaritech Hosting of any breach or unauthorized use of your account for any reason.

You agree to comply will all of these terms of service. You understand and agree that Polaritech Hosting can terminate your account with, or without notice for violation of any of these terms of service.

These terms of service policies may be changed at any time and for any reason by Polaritech Hosting. Revised terms and policies will be posted at http://www.jthomsonhosting.com/tos.php, as well as the primary e-mail address affiliated with your account. Revised Terms of Service are binding as soon as they are posted. If you do not with to continue subscribing to the service, inform customerservice@polaritech.com and we will cancel your account and refund any pre-paid amounts starting after your current month as of the date of your cancellation.
